290 g Saclà Grilled Peppers
1 loaf of whole wheat bread
1 clove garlic
200 g spreadable cheese
16 anchovy fillets in oil
16 capers
Pistachio pieces to taste
Method
1
Cut the bread into 8 slices of approx. 1 cm thick.

Peel the garlic and rub it on each slice of bread.

Spread a thin layer of cheese on each slice.

Top with the Saclà Grilled Peppers and garnish with capers and anchovy fillets.

Serve with pistachio pieces on top. Enjoy!
